Jurnal MAHUPAS

Jurnal MAHUPAS was originally a scientific journal specifically for students of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Pasundan as a forum for publishing their scientific work. Over time and seeing the potential and quality of the work produced, this journal underwent a significant transformation. Recently, Jurnal MAHUPAS has developed into an open academic journal that not only accepts articles from students, but also from researchers, academics, and legal practitioners from all over Indonesia and internationally.

With this transformation, Jurnal MAHUPAS aims to become a broader forum for scientific discussion, covering various fields of law, including Criminal Law, Civil Law, Constitutional Law, and others. Jurnal MAHUPAS is also committed to facilitating the exchange of innovative and relevant ideas and research results in an effort to develop legal science in Indonesia.
