Abstract
Di samping itu, banyak penelitian dan penulisan pada kreativitas yang terfokus pada kreativitas individual, “bakat kuat” (“long genius”), yang kurang mendapat pengakuan dari faktor sosial dan kelompok yang mempengaruhi proses kreatif. Dengan demikian, professionalisme mencoba untuk mengerti faktor-faktor yang diperlukan untuk orang kreatif dan aktivitas orang kreatif. Jadi dalam kasus ini, personalitas, pengalaman perkembangan, kultur, motivasi dan keterampilan kognitif benar-benar merupakan beberapa faktor yang muncul untuk perilaku kreatif utama.
