This study aims to further discuss the use of innovative learning media to improve collaboration skills in students. The trigger for student collaboration skills is the use of learning models and media that apply group learning methods. The use of appropriate media and learning models will develop collaboration skills and result in high student activity in learning and making learning fun. The research being developed is the QR-Code based MOJENU "Monopoly Explore the Archipelago" learning media with the application of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model to improve student collaboration skills. The type of research used is research and development or called Research and Development (R&D). The subjects of this study were teachers and grade 5 students at SD Gugus Kartini, West Ungaran. There is a validation test by media experts, material experts, and learning design experts at MOJENU. The validation results of learning media experts get a score of 91.6%, material experts get a score of 90.6%, and learning design experts get a score of 90%. For the limited test results of the student response questionnaire obtained 98% while the teacher's response questionnaire assessment obtained 90%. The conclusion of all expert validation test scores and limited test results is in the very high category, this shows that the development of MOJENU learning media is feasible, effective, interesting and very practical to use in learning activities
