Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of ICT-based learning media for Pancasila Education in schools. One such ICT-based media is Articulate Storyline 3, designed to be as engaging as possible with features such as audio, images, videos, games, and quizzes, aimed at motivating and actively involving students in their learning. This study is a development research (R&D) using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The trial subjects were at SDN 17 Aro IV Korong and the media dissemination subjects were at SDN 13 Simpang Rumbio. The results of this study showed an average validation score of 94.16%, categorized as valid. The teacher response questionnaire received a score of 95.83%, categorized as very practical, while the student response questionnaire at SDN 17 Aro IV Korong received 97.58%, also categorized as very practical. The student response questionnaire for the media dissemination at SDN 13 Simpang Rumbio received 95.52%, categorized as very practical. The effectiveness of the learning media at SDN 13 Simpang Rumbio was 92.59%, categorized as very effective.
