PENERAPAN MODEL COOPERATIVE LEARNING DENGAN METODE GASING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA OPERASI HITUNG PERKALIAN DI KELAS IVB SDN 01 NAMBANGAN LOR

Abstract

This study aims to improve the mathematics learning outcomes of grade IV B students of SDN 01 Nambangan Lor on the material of multiplication arithmetic operations using the cooperative learning model of the gasing method with the Napier table method. This type of research is PTK (classroom action research) with the research subjects of grade IVB students of SDN 01 Nambangan Lor totaling 26 students, with 9 males and 17 females. Data collection techniques in the following study are interviews, documentation, observation and written tests. The data will be analyzed using qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques that include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and making conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the application of the Cooperative Learning model of the gasing method can improve student learning outcomes. In the first cycle, the classical completeness of students reached 69.2% or 18 out of 26 students, while in the second cycle there was an increase, namely the classical completeness of 88.4% or 23 out of 26 students.
