Abstract

In the digital era, information and communication technology has influenced various aspects of life, including education. One increasingly popular tool is Google Forms, which facilitates the creation and distribution of questionnaires and surveys. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using Google Forms in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SMAN 29 Kabupaten Tangerang. A qualitative descriptive method was used, with a population of 10th-grade students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through online questionnaires, revealing students' views and experiences regarding the use of Google Forms in learning evaluation. The results show that Google Forms ease the creation, distribution, and analysis of questions, as well as enhance interaction and collaboration between students and teachers. This study provides new insights into developing more effective and efficient learning evaluation methods, particularly in the context of Islamic education, and supports the improvement of learning quality and the strengthening of social values among students through information technology.
