Abstract

Visionary leadership is leadership that is considered capable of operating an organizational system in a flexible manner and able to anticipate developments that will occur. How an organization develops is determined by the way it is led. Likewise, educational institutions such as schools will progress quickly if their leaders have quality leadership. Visionary is a leadership style that improves quality and quality. Increasing teacher capacity means improving the quality of education in schools. It is true that, since they are the most important part of the education system in general, teachers must be given full attention. The visionary leadership of the principal and the results of the teaching carried out by the teacher can have a positive and significant positive effect on improving teacher performance because the principal can set school goals for the future and implement these goals.
