Abstract

Digitalization of learning in early childhood can be done while still paying attention to the child's growth and development phases. Teachers and parents still play a central role in the learning process. This research is a qualitative descriptive study which aims to describe the digitalization of learning in early childhood education. Data collection used observation and interview techniques with 2 teachers at the school. Data analysis through the process of reducing the data obtained, presenting the data, and finally drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the use of digital technology for learning in Kindergarten Bandarjo 01 West Ungaran, Semarang Regency has not been implemented optimally, the learning model carried out by teachers is still dominated by conventional learning models, only a few teachers can utilize school facilities in the form of laptops and LCD projectors for learning activities. teach. The most frequently used e-learning platform is WhatsApp as a medium of communication and information. The obstacles faced in implementing digitalization of learning include reduced teacher self-confidence, teacher competence in ICT is still minimal, teacher motivation and innovation are low.
