IDENTIFIKASI PENERAPAN POLA HIDUP SEHAT BAGI ANAK USIA DINI MELALUI PEMBIASAAN SARAPAN BERGIZI DI KECAMATAN JANAPRIA

Abstract

This study aims to determine parents' understanding of the application of a healthy lifestyle in early childhood through the habituation of nutritious breakfast in Janapria District with indicators of breakfast frequency, fill my plate, hygienic healthy and naturally fresh. This type of research is a survey study with a population of 27 kindergartens in Janapria District. Data analysis teachniques use quantitative descriptive. The samples in this study were taken 25% of the total 27 kindergartens using proportional rundom sampling techniques  so that the samples used for institutions were 7 kindergarten institutions located in Janapria District. For the number of students, 25% of 597 students were sampled so that the student sample in this study was 150 students divided into 7 kindergarten institutions located in Janapria District. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that parents' understanding related to breakfast frequency there are 31 parents who have a very good understanding category (20.66%), 42 people with a good category (28%), 42 with a sufficient category (28%) and 35 with a less category (23%). Regarding the contents of my plate, there were 14 parents with very good categories (9.33%), 41 with good categories (27%), 39 with sufficient categories (26%) and 56 with less categories (37%). For hygienic healthy breakfast, there were 130 parents with very good category (86.66%), 13 with good category (8.66%), 2 with sufficient category (1.33%) and 5 with less category (3.333%). Regarding natural fresh breakfast, there were 119 parents with very good categories (79.333%), 24 with good categories (24%), 3 with sufficient categories (2%) and 4 with less categories (2.66%).
