Abstract

This study is entitled "The Effect of the Application of the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) Learning Model Assisted by Media Puzzle on the Learning Outcomes of PPKn Students of Grade VIII SMPN 1 Lopok" with the formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an influence of the application of the VCT learning model assisted by media puzzle on the learning outcomes of PPKn students of grade VIII SMPN 1 Lopok. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the VCT learning model assisted by puzzle media on the PPKn learning outcomes of grade VIII students of SMPN 1 Lopok. This research method is quantitative research experimental methods, experimental quasy design, with the form of nonequivalent control group disign design. Data collection techniques in this study used pre-test and post-test questions. The data analysis technique uses a t-sample paired t-test. The results showed that there was an influence of the VCT learning model assisted by puzzle media on the PPKn learning outcomes of grade VIII students of SMPN 1 Lopok was proven. This is shown by the results of the t test with a sig (1-tailed) value of 0.000 <0.05, then Ho's bond was rejected so that Ha was accepted with the meaning that the VCT learning model assisted by puzzle media has a positive effect on the PPKn learning outcomes of grade VIII students of SMPN 1 Lopok for the 2023/2024 school year.
