PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN TEAMS GAMES TOURNAMENT (TGT) TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR BAHASA INDONESIA PESERTA DIDIK SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract

The learning process is still dominated by the teacher, the teacher has not maximized in applying the learning model so that it affects the learning outcomes of students who are less than optimal. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence and how much influence on the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model on elementary school Indonesian learning outcomes. This study used a quantitative approach of the One Group Pretest-Posttest type with a sample of 20 students. The results of the analysis obtained by researchers testing the pre-test and post-test hypotheses are 77<79 with the paired sample T-test 2-talled sig value of 0.007 then with a significance criterion of 0.007<0.05 with the conclusion H0 rejected HI accepted. And it can be seen that -count < -tabel, namely -5.041 < 2.131 H0 accepted HI rejected. So it can be seen that there is an effect of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model on elementary school Indonesian learning outcomes. Using the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model, students become more interested in participating in learning. And the results of students have increased. Indonesian is very important in the education environment, because Indonesian is used as a tool for communication. Indonesian is also included in the thematic 2013 curriculum which is developed with several subjects in one meeting so that it can provide experience for students. Language at every level of formal education in schools because language learning prepares students to be able to communicate, in this case language is used as a means of communicating between speakers for different user needs and situations.
