Abstract

This study examines the role of effective communication in fostering a positive organizational climate. The primary problem addressed in this research is the lack of clear and efficient communication within organizations, which often leads to misunderstandings, low morale, and decreased productivity. The main objective of the study is to explore how effective communication practices can contribute to the creation of a supportive and collaborative organizational environment. Using a qualitative approach, the study involves interviews and observations within various organizations that are recognized for their positive organizational climates. The findings reveal that clear, transparent, and open communication between management and employees is essential in building trust, enhancing teamwork, and improving overall job satisfaction. The study concludes that organizations that prioritize communication as a key strategy are more likely to achieve a positive and productive organizational climate. Recommendations for managers include investing in communication training and fostering an environment where feedback and dialogue are encouraged.
