This journal discusses the role of leadership in managing educational change in the digital era. The digital era has brought about major transformations in the world of education, demanding rapid adaptation and innovation. Leadership is key in directing and managing these changes, ensuring the successful implementation of new technologies and learning strategies. This journal analyzes various aspects of leadership that are relevant in the context of educational change in the digital era, such as vision, communication, collaboration, and human resource development. This study also examines how effective leadership can encourage adaptation to technology, build a digital learning culture, and improve the quality of learning. The results of the study indicate that visionary, communicative, and collaborative leadership are essential in managing educational change in the digital era. Effective leadership can facilitate the adoption of technology, improve teacher and student competencies, and create an innovative and student-centered learning environment. This journal provides recommendations for educational leaders to develop effective leadership strategies in facing the challenges and opportunities in the digital era. These recommendations include developing digital leadership competencies, building a culture of innovation, and facilitating collaboration between stakeholders in the education ecosystem.Downloads
