Digital transformation has become a major challenge for micro businesses in Indonesia to adapt and increase their productivity. This research explores human resource management (HR) strategies in the context of the digital era and their impact on productivity. By adopting the approach developed by Kitchenham & Charters (2007), this research analyzes literature related to HRM strategy, digital training, and the use of advanced information technology. Findings show that implementing technology such as cloud-based management systems, analytical tools, and digital training can improve efficiency and employee satisfaction. In the midst of challenges such as a shortage of competent human resources and slow regulations, innovative strategies in HRM are crucial for the success and growth of MSMEs in the digital era.Downloads
