Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment and motivation on employee performance at Alfamart Kamal. A positive and supportive work environment is expected to increase employee intention to continue working and contribute optimally. Through a qualitative approach, data were collected using interview, observation, and literature study methods. The results of the study indicate that a comfortable work environment and good employee relations play an important role in improving individual and team performance. In addition, motivation provided through training programs, fair incentive systems, and attention to employee welfare have proven effective in increasing productivity. This study provides recommendations for management to continue to improve the quality of the work environment and implement appropriate motivational strategies to achieve company goals.
