DAMPAK PELATIHAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN, KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

This study discusses the effects of training and development, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on employee performance. In an increasingly competitive world of work, companies are required to understand the factors that influence employee performance in depth. Employee training and development are highly focused in the context of a crucial management art to increase skills and knowledge, which allows employees to follow the situation using changes and new challenges in the world of work. In addition, high job satisfaction contributes to the motivation and productivity of each employee, while organizational commitment reflects employee attachment to the vision and mission within the company. Through an approach that includes a positive work environment, career development opportunities, and recognition of employee performance, companies can strengthen employee commitment and loyalty. The results of the study provide that investment in training and development, as well as the creation of a supportive work environment, contribute significantly to improving employee performance, which can support the success and sustainability of an organization.Downloads
