PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM KERJA KAMPUS MENGAJAR 6 UPAYA PENINGKATAN LITERASI DASAR KELAS V SD NEGERI ADIKARTO 1

This research aims to prove that the literacy program movement at SD Negeri Adikarto 1 is effective or otherwise. This research was also carried out with the hope that the program implemented at SD Negeri Adikarto 1 could be useful and could be carried out sustainably and sustainably, which could form a literacy culture that would have an impact on the growth of interest in reading among students. The research method was carried out using qualitative research methods through observation, interviews, pre-test and post-test as evaluation material. From the results of research conducted at SD Negeri Adikarto 1, it was found that 1) the implementation of the literacy movement program at SD Negeri Adikarto 1 in the form of reading activities 15 minutes before teaching and learning activities, procuring my creative wall art, selecting reading ambassadors, activating and revitalizing the library and empowering class reading corners . 2) The results after the program carried out at SD Negeri Adikarto 1 showed an increase in students' understanding of literacy. 3) Develop students' interest in reading at SD Negeri Adikarto 1 and familiarize students with reading. 4) In this research, an increase in literacy posttest results was obtained by 28% from the initial pretest of 55% to 83%. It was concluded that the literacy program designed and implemented at SD Negeri Adikarto 1 could be used to grow and improve students' ability and interest in reading and instill an understanding of the importance of literacy.Downloads
