EFEKTIVITAS MEDIA SCIENCE PREPARATION PROGRAM SEBAGAI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN IPA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS SISWA DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Information and communication technology is developing rapidly and humans today depend on technology to carry out their activities including learning. The research used a quantitative method with a control group pretest posttest design. The data analysis technique used was validation test and media effectiveness. The subjects of this study were students of grades VA and VB of SD Muhammadiyah 1 Babat. The device validation test obtained an average of 4.78 with a very feasible category. The overall validity of the questions can be said to be valid. Overall reliability results are said to be consistent. The difficulty level gets easy, medium, and difficult results. Differentiating power gets sufficient, good, and excellent scores. The T test gets a Sig value of 0.002 <0.05 which means there are differences in students' critical thinking skills in the control and experimental classes. The N-Gain Score test in the experimental class gets 46.36% with a high category and the control class gets 37.40% with a medium category. It can be concluded that the effectiveness of Science Preparation Program media is higher than using conventional media.Downloads
