This research aims to determine the effect of learning motivation on activeness in the learning process of students majoring in Dharmacarya at STABN Raden Wijaya. Learning motivation is a very important factor in teaching and learning activities, because motivation can create activeness in the learning process and good student learning outcomes. Activeness in the learning process is always a problem in supporting the smooth learning process. The research method in this research is quantitative. The type of research that will be carried out is associative research. The subjects in this research were students majoring in Dharmacarya at STABN Raden Wijaya. The number of samples in this research is 65. The sampling technique in this research will use a purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire. Stages in data processing, continued with data testing via SPSS. 1. Data tested for validity, 2. Data tested for reliability to obtain reliable data results, 3. Data tested for normality, 4. Tested for linearity, 5. Data tested for hypothesis. From the results of the research discussion, it can be concluded that there is no influence between student learning motivation and activeness in the lecture process of students majoring in Dharmacarya at STABN Raden Wijaya.
