  • Copyright: Authors who publish with Jurnal LITIGASI retain copyright of their work without restriction. The copyright holder is named on each article page and in the article PDF.
  • License: Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). Anyone may share, copy, redistribute, and adapt the work for any purpose, provided that the authors and the original publication in Jurnal LITIGASI are properly credited and that adaptations are distributed under the same license.
  • Right of first publication: Authors grant Jurnal LITIGASI the right of first publication. The Publishing Agreement is signed after acceptance and is available here.
  • Self-archiving: Authors may deposit the accepted manuscript or the published version of their article in institutional or subject repositories, on personal websites, and on academic networks, at any time and without embargo. The deposit should include the DOI and a link to the published version.
  • Text and data mining: Under CC BY-SA 4.0, published articles may be mined and reused, including for the development of AI systems, provided that proper attribution is given and that adaptations are shared under the same license. Jurnal LITIGASI has no content licensing agreements with AI companies.
