Abstract

The use of tiktok application can lead to addiction that will affect the social behavior of students. This study aims to the impact of using the tiktok application on the social behavior of students at SDN 2 Hadipolo. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. This research was conducted at SDN 2 Hadipolo, Jekulo District, Kudus Regency, by taking the subject of class V teachers with a total of 8 students consisting of 4 female students and 4 male students. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. Test validity using data triangulation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The result of this study is that the social behavior of SDN 2 Hadipolo students in using TikTok has a positive and negative impact. The positive impact is to show the behavior of students who like to cooperate with their friends and also students have a high sense of sympathy by helping their friends who need help. While the negative impact is cooperation, but cooperation in terms of cheating, besides that students often disobey by not wanting to listen to advice from their teachers, students also like to tease friends of the opposite sex, and students prefer to compete to increase the number of likes and followers on tiktok accounts rather than compete for achievements in school.
