Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi kepemimpinan transformatif kepala sekolah di SD Negeri Semowo dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru menghadapi disrupsi teknologi di era Society 5.0. Kepemimpinan transformatif didefinisikan sebagai kemampuan kepala sekolah untuk menginspirasi, memotivasi, dan memberdayakan guru melalui pendekatan inovatif dan kolaboratif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah yang mengadopsi kepemimpinan transformatif berhasil menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang adaptif dan responsif terhadap perkembangan teknologi. Strategi yang diterapkan meliputi pelatihan guru, pengembangan profesional, dan pembentukan budaya kolaborasi, yang secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kepala sekolah untuk terus mengembangkan strategi kepemimpinan transformatif yang mendukung inovasi pendidikan di era Society 5.0.Downloads
