PERAN SUPERVISI PENDIDIKAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN DI SEKOLAH DASAR

This study aims to examine the role of educational supervision in improving the quality of education in elementary schools using a library research method. The research gathers and analyzes various relevant literatures, including books, academic articles, research reports, and other sources discussing educational supervision and its impact on education quality. The findings indicate that educational supervision plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of education in elementary schools, particularly in terms of developing teachers' professional skills, improving the quality of teaching, and monitoring and evaluating curriculum implementation. Supervision conducted in a structured and continuous manner can create a more effective learning environment and support the development of students' potential. This study also reveals that educational supervision contributes to improving school management, enhancing teacher performance, and ensuring that educational goals are achieved in accordance with established standards. Overall, effective and well-planned educational supervision is a key element in improving the quality of education in elementary schools.Downloads
