STRATEGI PEMIMPIN DALAM MENINGKATKAN LOYALITAS GURU DI SMAN 1 JAWILAN

Teacher loyalty to leaders is the key to the success of educational institutions. This includes the full dedication of teachers to support the organization's goals. Leadership style, communication, and fairness influence this loyalty, which plays a significant role in creating a conducive work environment and achieving educational goals. The study at SMAN 1 Jawilan uses a qualitative approach and case study to describe the phenomenon in depth. Data is analyzed through three stages: reduction, presentation, and verification, using Miles and Huberman's model to ensure validity and relevance of the results. The findings of this study show that teacher loyalty is influenced by well-being, motivation, and the leadership of the school principal. Teacher commitment grows through clear communication of vision and mission, rewards, social security, and the example set by the principal. A persuasive approach to discipline and appreciation creates a harmonious work environment, encourages dedication, and supports the success of education.Downloads
