UPAYA SENTRA PARAMITA MATARAM DALAM PEMENUHAN HAK BIMBINGAN TERHADAP ANAK KORBAN KEKERASAN SEKSUAL

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts made by Sentra Paramita Mataram in fulfilling the right to guidance for child victims of sexual violence and to find out the factors that influence Sentra Paramita Mataram’s efforts in fulfilling the right to guidance for child victims of sexual violence. The approach used is qualitative with descriptive type used to understand and describe the phenomenon in depth. The data collection techniques used are interview techniques, observation, and documentation. And in analyzing the data, researchers used three stages of data analysis according to Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Furthermore, in determining the validity of the data, researchers used triangulation techniques, source triangulation, and time triangulation. The results of this study indicate that Sentra Paramita Mataram in fulfilling the rights of child victims of sexual violence uses four guidelines, namely psychosocial guidance, mental spiritual guidance, vocational guidance, and physical guidance. In addition, there are factors that influence the efforts of Sentra Paramita Mataram in fulfilling the right to guidance for child victims of sexual violence, namely supporting and inhibiting factors. Supporting factors internally are adequate facilities and infrastructure, and qualified human resources, while externally are many parents who trust Sentra Paramita Mataram in providing the rehabilitation process, besides that it is also supported by related institutions such as social services, and the police. Internally, the inhibiting factors are that the beneficiaries feel locked up during the rehabilitation process, the beneficiaries leave the skills guidance process before it is time to rest. Meanwhile, external inhibiting factors are that many parents do not want to send their children home if they bring babies, and many schools do not accept child victims of sexual violence to continue their education because of the problems experienced.
