This article discusses the influence of the application of rice field waters in Kampung Naga on students' understanding of the concept of gravity in science learning. Kampung Naga was chosen as a case study because of its cultural sustainability which is closely related to lowland rice farming. The application of rice field waters in learning involves a contextual approach, where teachers use the environment around students as a learning resource. Through direct observations in rice fields, experiments, and group discussions, students are given the opportunity to relate the theory of gravity to the phenomena they observe every day. This research shows that the application of rice field waters has a positive influence on students' understanding of gravity. Students can see how water flows following the law of gravity, and learning activities that involve the surrounding environment increase their conceptual understanding. The method used is the riteratul study method.Downloads
