Abstract

This development research was carried out to produce a Pop Up Book learning media containing tolerance material based on local Sasak wisdom for class III at YAROJA Islamic Elementary School. The type of research used is research and development (R&D) using the ADDIE model approach (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). This development research involved all 16 class III students at YAROJA Islamic Elementary School. The subjects in this research are students as users of products or media and the object in research is the Pop Up Book learning media. The results of the research (1) the Pop Up Book learning media to increase the tolerance attitude of third grade students at Yaroja Islamic Elementary School can be tested for its effectiveness, (2) the average percentage value of media validation results is 89%, material validation is 84%, and teacher response to the media is 94% which is categorized as very suitable for use in learning, (3) students' responses to the media were obtained through a questionnaire with an average score of 98.5% which was categorized as very suitable, (4) the media effectiveness test was carried out by calculating the N-Gain Score from the results of comparing scores students before and after using media through the Post Test and Pre Test which resulted in an average N-Gain Score of 0.66 which was categorized as effective in increasing the tolerance attitude of class III students at Islam YAROJA Elementary School.
