Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning Assisted Media Power Point learning model on Social Studies Learning Outcomes of Class IV SDN 21 Ampenan. This research is an experimental research to look for the effect of the Problem Based Learning model assisted by power point media on social studies learning outcomes. This type of research is quantitative research using Quasi Experiments. The research design used in this study is Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample technique, namely the entire population is used as a research sample. The samples used were all class IV which consisted of class IVA as the control class and class IVB as the experimental class. Data collection methods used are tests and observations. In collecting the research data, there is a data analysis prerequisite test, namely by carrying out a normality test using the Kolmogorof-Smirnov test, homogeneity test using the Levene test, and hypothesis testing using the polled variant. The research results obtained from the hypothesis test are sig 2-tailed <0.05, namely 0.000 <0.05. At a significant level of 0.05 according to the hypothesis testing criteria, namely sig 2-tailed <0.05, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. This shows that there is an influence of the Problem-Based Learning Model Assisted by Power Point Media on Social Studies Learning Outcomes of Grade IV Students at SDN 21 Ampenan.
