Publication Fee

Manuscript Submission Fee (Article Submission Fee): Free

Authors are not charged any fee for submitting manuscripts to the Journal of Research on Business and Management (JRBM). All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening before entering the peer-review process without any submission cost.

Article Processing Charge (APC): IDR 3,250,000

JRBM applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 3,250,000 (three million two hundred and fifty thousand Indonesian rupiah) for each manuscript that has successfully passed the peer-review process and has been formally accepted for publication.

The APC is payable only after the manuscript has received official acceptance from the Editorial Board. Authors will be provided with payment instructions following the acceptance notification. No APC is charged during manuscript submission or the peer-review process.

Payment of the APC does not guarantee manuscript acceptance, influence editorial decisions, or accelerate the peer-review process. All editorial decisions are based exclusively on academic quality, originality, scientific contribution, methodological rigor, and relevance to the journal's scope through a rigorous double-blind peer-review process.

The APC supports the operational costs associated with editorial management, peer-review administration, manuscript editing, production, DOI registration, online publication, digital preservation, and journal platform maintenance.

Waiver Policy

JRBM is committed to supporting the dissemination of high-quality research. In exceptional circumstances, authors who demonstrate financial hardship may request a partial or full waiver of the APC of IDR 3,250,000. Waiver requests will be evaluated solely on the basis of financial need and will not affect the editorial review process or publication decision. Authors must submit their waiver requests to the Editorial Board for consideration.

Refund Policy

Once an article has entered the production stage, including copyediting, proofreading, typesetting, DOI registration, or publication, the APC of IDR 3,250,000 is non-refundable. Refund requests will only be considered under exceptional circumstances determined by the Editorial Board.
