Author Fees
Article Processing Charges (APC)
To support the sustainability of high-quality scholarly publishing, Journal of Research on Business and Management (JRBM) applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) only for manuscripts that have successfully passed the peer-review process and have been formally accepted for publication.
The APC is intended solely to cover the operational costs associated with editorial processing, production, online publication, and long-term accessibility of published articles. The payment of the APC does not influence the editorial decision. Acceptance of a manuscript is determined exclusively based on its academic quality, originality, scientific contribution, methodological rigor, and relevance to the journal's scope through a rigorous double-blind peer-review process.

Waiver requests will be evaluated solely on the basis of financial need and will not affect the editorial review process or publication decision.
Refund Policy
Once an article has entered the production stage (including copyediting, proofreading, typesetting, DOI registration, or publication), the APC is non-refundable. Refund requests will only be considered under exceptional circumstances determined by the Editorial Board.
Transparency and Editorial Independence
