About Journal Research on Business and Management

Journal of Research on Business and Management is an academic journal focusing on economics, business, and management, publishing empirical research findings, theoretical studies, and the latest conceptual ideas. Established in 2000, the journal aims to serve as a platform for researchers, academicians, practitioners, and advanced students to share knowledge, innovations, and recent developments in the field of business and management.

The journal is published twice a year, in February and August, and has developed into a credible national-level publication. Since Volume 14, Issue 2, December 2015, the journal has also published articles in English to enhance international visibility, reach a global readership, and promote cross-border research collaboration.

The journal publishes various types of articles, including:

• Empirical research, employing quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-method approaches.

• Conceptual studies, presenting new theoretical developments and managerial models.

• Systematic literature reviews, providing comprehensive insights on specific topics in business and management.

Any submitted paper will be reviewed by reviewers. Review process employs double-blind review that the reviewer does not know the identity of the author, and the author does not know the identity of the reviewers.
