This study aims to describe the elements of spatial mathematics found in the Gedang Kerinci Traditional House as an understanding of the concept of spatial mathematics more contextually and applicatively in elementary school learning. The researcher used ethnographic and qualitative research methodologies in this study. The researcher used human instruments, who directly visited the field and conducted observation, interview, literature review, and documentation activities. The data analysis methods used were data reduction, triangulation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. All forms of spatial structures in traditional houses were collected. The results of this study are elementary school spatial mathematics concepts found in the Gedang Kerinci Traditional House such as cubes and blocks. It was determined that upper elementary school students can benefit from learning mathematics through ethnomathematics investigations of the Gedang Kerinci traditional house contextually and applicatively.Downloads
