Abstract

The systems approach in educational management is an important perspective for managing and managing the educational process effectively. This research aims to explore the application of a systems approach at Darussalam Gontor Campus 7 Kaliana, South Lampung, with a focus on interactions between interdependent elements in achieving predetermined educational goals. Through qualitative research methods, data was collected through in-depth interviews with managers and educators, as well as direct observation of management practices on campus. The research results show that the implementation of the systems approach at Darussalam Gontor Campus 7 has improved coordination between educational components, improved the planning process, and made educational management more responsive to community needs. Thus, it is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of better and more sustainable educational management in Islamic educational institutions
