PENGARUH PENERAPAN MEDIA ALAT PERAGA PAPAN STATISTIKA TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS V SD NEGERI PADA MATA PELAJARAN MATEMATIKA

This study aims to analyze the impact of implementing the statistical board media on student learning outcomes in mathematics for fifth-grade elementary students. The research uses a quasi-experimental design with pre-test and post-test to measure the differences in student learning outcomes before and after the implementation of the statistical board media. Data were collected through written tests and analyzed using descriptive statistics and paired t-test hypothesis testing. The results show that the application of statistical board media has a significant impact on improving student learning outcomes. In the pre-test, most students were in the moderate category, while in the post-test, the majority of students showed improved results in the high category. The paired t-test yielded a t-statistic of 6.54, which is greater than the t-table value (2.064), thus the alternative hypothesis is accepted. These findings indicate that the use of statistical board media can enhance students' understanding of statistical concepts, especially mean, median, mode, and quartile. This study suggests that statistical board media should be more widely used in mathematics learning to improve student learning outcomes, taking into account time management and the teacher’s ability to effectively manage the classroom.Downloads
