Abstract

The aim of this research is to look at the development of creative thinking skills in differentiated science and science integrated learning with STEM. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. This research analyzes articles and journals for the last 5 years, namely 2020-2024, originating from Google Scholar, Publish and Perish and Simago Jr. There were 250 articles obtained from international journals and national journals. From this research, 11 articles were taken which contained the development of integrated STEM science and science modules which influenced the skills characteristic of 21st century education, which had an influence on improving the critical and creative thinking skills of elementary school students. Collaboration in learning through models, methods, approaches, strategies and open media from innovative teacher creativity can create fun and meaningful learning for students
