This study aims to enhance students' interest and skills in music education at the elementary school level through the use of the TikTok application. TikTok, as a popular social media platform, offers an engaging and interactive approach to music education. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. The subjects of the study are fifth-grade students at Wanatawang 04 Public Elementary School and their classroom teachers. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and analysis of TikTok videos created by the students. The results of the study indicate that the use of TikTok in music education successfully increased students' interest in the subject. Students became more enthusiastic and motivated to actively participate in learning activities. Additionally, students' musical skills also improved, particularly in aspects of creativity, self-expression, and collaboration. Teachers also reported that the integration of TikTok made it easier for them to teach music concepts more effectively and engagingly. This study concludes that the use of TikTok as a learning tool can enrich the experience of music education in elementary schools. The implications of this study highlight the importance of considering the integration of technology and social media into the curriculum to support more dynamic and relevant learning experiences for students' everyday lives.Downloads
