Abstract

This study aims to determine the service of making electronic identity card (e-KTP), covering the simplicity of procedures, clarity in making e-KTP, certainty of service time, facilities and infrastructure that support e-KTP services, discipline, politeness and friendliness, disability services at the Asakota Kota Bima District Office, as well as factors that influence the service of making e-KTP, both internally and externally. This study was conducted in the District of Asakota which is located at jln. ULE Kedo RT 17 RW 07 Ule Village, Bima City. Data collection is done by research, observation, interviews and documentation. The speakers consisted of the Secretary of Asakota Kecapatan Sub-District, Head of population Section , Asakota Sub-District, and the informants were the public. The data were analyzed using miles and Huberman Interactive data Analysis. The findings of this study are in the implementation of public services in the manufacture of e-ID cards can be said to be quite clear, it is simple and not too confusing to the public as the applicant, the information is very clear, the certainty of ID card printing time is very long, the facilities and infrastructure available can be said to be sufficient to support service activities and the existence of disability services are quite good. Although in practice there are still some obstacles that must be faced.
