STRATEGI PEMERINTAH DAERAH DALAM MENANGGULANGI ANGKA PUTUS SEKOLAH DI DESA KUTA LOMBOK TENGAH

The local government's strategy in tackling dropout rates in Kuta Village, Central Lombok, is carried out to improve the quality of education in the area, especially in basic education so that it can create quality and quality human resources. This study aims to describe the strategy of the local government in tackling dropout rates and the factors that influence the implementation of dropout rate management strategies. The approach used in this research is qualitative with a case study type. The collected data were analyzed descriptively through data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and data triangulation. The results of this study indicate that there are 5 strategies formulated by the local government, namely socialization, school operational assistance funds, scholarships, interest and talent development, literacy and numeracy, community learning activity centers. The factors that can influence the implementation of local government strategies in tackling dropout rates are divided into 2 factors, namely inhibiting and supporting.Downloads
