Educators and educational personnel are one of the factors that influence the quality of education. Customer satisfaction, including parents, students and the public, is a benchmark in providing services in educational institutions. This research is Library Research in nature. The data collection technique was obtained from comparing the results of various studies conducted by researchers in the field of Integrated Quality Management as a field working on management for educators and teaching staff. The data analysis technique with data collection is to compare the results of studies conducted by researchers. The process of collecting article data via the open access Google Scholar website. The literature search process began with the main key phrase "integrated quality, teachers, educational staff". The literature study uses 12 sources to describe various integrated quality management in the field of educators and teaching staff. One of the ways in which the quality of education is seen is the professionalism of the teachers. Activities carried out to improve teacher professionalism include training, seminars, workshops, MGMP etc. improving the quality of educators and education personnel starting from planning, implementing and controlling improving the quality of educators and education personnel.Downloads
