MANAJEMEN STRATEGI PADA KETATALAKSANAAN DAN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN SEBAGAI BIDANG GARAP MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN

Abstract

Education management has at least nine areas to work on. One of the areas to work on is administration and Management Information Sistems. Administration and SIM management are correspondence management activities in educational institutions including receiving, recording, processing, duplicating, sending and storing all materials in the administration of education that uses information technology in the form of computers. This management is carried out in educational institutions based on the needs and capabilities of the school. The definition of strategic management is the process of managing an organization which has the stages of formulating, implementing and evaluating decisions for long-term school performance based on its strengths and weaknesses. The aim of this research is to find out strategic management of administration and MIS in the field of educational management. The research method used is library research. Library study is a series of activities in research using methods of collecting library data, reading and taking notes and processing library collection materials. This research uses data sources in the form of books, journals, theses, dissertations and articles. The literature that discusses strategic management of special services most often discusses extracurricular services in improving the quality of educational institutions. Management is carried out through the stages of strategy formulation, strategy implementation and strategy evaluation.
