Abstract

21st century learning reflects a profound transformation in educational approaches, adapting to the dynamics of modern times. This approach emphasizes the development of 21st century skills, such as problem solving, creativity, critical thinking, effective communication, collaboration, and digital literacy. One of the 21st century skills that needs to be improved is digital literacy. Where these skills need to be possessed by students. This digital literacy needs to be familiarized in the learning process. In this article the author will try to share his teaching experience by utilizing chromebooks which are used to take learning evaluations and also using a project-based learning model as a step to improve 21st century skills for class III students at SD Negeri Depok 1. The conclusion of this research is that 21st century learning prioritizes forming 21st century skills that students must have. 21st century skills, namely the ability to collaborate, communicate, think critically and be creative. These skills can be accommodated through a project-based learning model. Digital literacy and skills in using digital communication tools are also very important. Therefore, using chromebooks in learning is an important step to equip students with skills in operating electronic devices.
