Abstract

This research was carried out to improve the results of learning social studies subjects which were not in accordance with learning outcomes. Learning outcomes are still low because the media used by teachers is less varied, making students easily bored and less creative. This research aims to develop interactive learning media based on project based learning for social studies content. It is hoped that innovative learning in the interactive media of the Culture Indonesia application can increase students' understanding of the nation's cultural diversity. This research is motivated by developments in the times that demand innovation in the implementation of learning activities. This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive analysis techniques with literature studies (Library Research). The results of this research show that student learning outcomes and creativity improve better when using the Indonesian Culture application media and the PBL learning model. So it can be concluded that interactive learning media based on project based learning is suitable for use in learning in class V elementary school. The implication of this research is that interactive learning media based on project based learning can make students active in learning activities.
