The results of this research show that there is a tradition of treatment carried out by the Parado community using lanco mbari water with the process carried out: 1) going to the sando to find out the diagnosis of the disease they are suffering from, 2) materials brought in the treatment, materials brought in the treatment namely sticky rice, cigarettes made from rattan leaves, roasted rice, black and white sticky rice, yellow rice, betel leaves, areca nut, free-range chicken, and other food items needed for prayer, 3) parafu place, know first the healing place you want to visit, such as Lanco Mbari water, 4) treatment of illnesses, treatment by bathing and drinking water in Lanco Mbari and praying with those who have the sanggili area at the place of treatment. The meaning of the symbols/materials for treatment with Parafu lanco mbari water that the Parado community generally knows is to show them to those who have sanggili areas at the treatment location. The food that is brought cannot be taken home by the person with the wish or stored in the place of treatment but rather eaten together.
