The aim of this research is to improve student learning outcomes through the Numbered Head Together type cooperative learning model assisted by place value board media for class IV students at SDN Medaeng 1 Waru Sidoarjo. The subjects of this research were 26 class IV students at SDN Medaeng 1 Waru Sidoarjo, 16 male students and 10 female students. The type of research used was Classroom Action Research (PTK) with a quasi-experimental model research design with a control group. design. This data collection technique uses test instruments to measure student learning outcomes. The data analysis technique used is comparative statistical techniques. The increase that occurred in cycle 1 was 72,10% in the sufficient category and experienced another increase in cycle II of 83,65% in the good category and exceeded the success indicator 75%. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the Numbered Head Together model assisted by local scoreboard media can improve mathematics learning outcomes.Downloads
