PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN VIDEO PEMBELAJARAN TERHADAP KEAKTIFAN BELAJAR SISWA KELAS V DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the use of learning videos on students' active learning in elementary schools. This research is an experimental research with a Quasi-Experimental research design with the nonequivalent control group design. The population of this study were 42 students in class V at SDN 1 Boro and SDN 2 Boro for the academic year 2022/2023 which were divided into two schools. The sampling technique is saturated sampling, the sample of this study is 42 students. The material being taught is thematic learning theme 5 sub-theme 1 learning 1. Data collection techniques in this study are observation and documentation. The data collection instrument used was the student learning activity observation sheet. Data analysis was performed using the normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing using the polled variant formula. The results showed that the value of  was 2.658 > 2.021. According to the hypothesis testing criteria, if the results  are obtained, it shows that there is an effect of the use of learning videos on the learning activities of fifth grade students in elementary schools. It can be concluded that there is an effect of using learning videos on the learning activities of fifth grade students in elementary schools.
