PENGARUH KEAKTIFAN DAN PARTISIPASI KOMITE SEKOLAH TERHADAP KEMAJUAN DAN PERKEMBANGAN KUALITAS PEMBELAJARAN DI SEKOLAH DASAR

This study aims to analyze how important the role of the school committee is in enhancing the development and progress of schools, especially in elementary schools. This type of research is qualitative research where the information used is obtained from collecting related scientific works and is able to support and complete the data from this research. The case study conducted is an activity in which data collection is carried out by researchers. The research subjects of this study were elementary schools where researchers taught and then the problems found were analyzed to find out the root causes and solutions to solve these problems. From the results of the analysis of the problems that have been solved it is found that, 1) there is a significant influence by the leadership of the Principal on the teachers in the school 2) there is a significant influence from the school committee on the progress and development of learning in schoolsDownloads
