Abstract

Education 4.0 is a response to the needs of the industrial revolution 4.0 in which humans and technology create new opportunities creatively and innovatively. Realizing this, the government is very serious about dealing with education and continues to strive to improve the quality of education, especially from educational human resources, because with a good education system and human resource management it is hoped that the next generation of people will emerge who are qualified and able to make changes towards a better direction in the life of the nation's society. and state. This research uses a type of library research or literature review. Analysis of the literature review shows that the scope of educational HR management in the 4.0 era includes: Planning, Organizing, Directing, Controlling, Procurement, Development, Compensation, Integration, Maintenance, Discipline and Dismissal The 10 skills that education human resources in the 4.0 era must have, namely (Complex Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Creativity, People Management, Coordinating with Other, Emotion Intelligence, Judment and Decision Making, Service Orientation, Negotiation, and Flexibility).
