Abstract

Pancasila education in the independent curriculum is currently a means for students to be equipped with knowledge attitudes, manners, and basic abilities. Learning activities and learning processes in elementary schools should be able to generate educative interactions between educators and students. Learning based on problems from real life to achieve educational goals and is one of the innovative learning models can be done using the Problem based learning (PBL) model. Through the PBL model which is based on problems in everyday life, the learning media that utilizes today's technology is the microsite. In accordance with the characteristics of 21st century students who are familiar with the use of technology, this can be used as an effort to improve student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning achievement of class IVA students at SDN Purwantoro 1 Malang City, in the subject of Pancasila Education by utilizing microsite learning media which is applied in the PBL learning model. The research participants were 28 class VIA students. The data collected are the results of the pretest and evaluation results at each meeting. The results of the study stated that the application of the Problem based learning (PBL) model could encourage students' abilities to improve their learning achievement.
