Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the role of the school principal in improving the quality of learning at SD Negeri Temperak. In the context of education, the principal plays a crucial role in managing effective and high-quality learning processes. The research method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and observations involving the principal, teachers, and staff at the school. The findings indicate that the principal at SD Negeri Temperak plays a central role in designing and implementing innovative learning policies, enhancing teachers' competencies, and facilitating effective communication between the school and parents. Additionally, the principal is actively involved in creating a conducive learning environment by utilizing technology and optimizing available resources. This study provides important insights into how the principal can guide and manage learning quality to achieve optimal educational outcomes. Thus, the role of the principal is vital in ensuring quality and sustainable education at the elementary school level.
