Abstract

Collaboration skills are one of the 21st century skills that need to be mastered to face challenges in the digital era. The problem that occurs in Class IV SDN 02 Madiun Lor is the lack of teacher innovation in implementing learning models and approaches, which has an impact on low learning outcomes and student collaboration skills. This research aims to improve collaboration skills and learning outcomes of class IV students at SDN 02 Madiun Lor. Through the implementation of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model with a Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach, this research is a type of Classroom Action Research (PTK) which refers to the Kemmis and Mc Taggart design which was carried out in 2 cycles. The research results showed an increase in students' collaboration skills in pre-cycle to cycle 2 reaching 86%. The increase in learning outcomes was also marked by an increase in the completeness of learning outcomes in the pre-cycle, cycle 1 and cycle 2 reaching 96%, thus exceeding the research success indicators. Thus, implementing the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model with a Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach can improve collaboration skills and learning outcomes.
