Abstract

This research aims to describe the innovation of shadow puppet fable media in increasing creativity and understanding through SBdP learning in elementary schools. The type of research that will be used is qualitative description. The data collection technique uses observation techniques to see students' creativity in the process of learning activities. Next, the author carries out learning evaluations using tests to determine understanding of the material and documentation of activities. Based on the analysis of observation results, the creativity value is 76.2 with the creative predicate and the students' understanding value has increased, namely 84.6
